Support to develop social confidence through everyday interactions, communication practice and shared activities in a safe, supportive way.
I am a qualified physiotherapist with over three years’ experience working within the NDIS and disability support space. I have supported children, teenagers and adults, particularly individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions and physical challenges.
My background in both physiotherapy and mentoring allows me to support people in a practical, supportive and realistic way. I take a strengths-based approach, focusing on helping people feel confident, capable and supported in their movement and daily activities.
I’m family-orientated and enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. I value balance, gratitude and being present, and I believe that wellbeing is supported not only through working toward goals, but also through enjoying life along the way.
